The Waldorf Hilton are licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships for up to 300 guests allowing you to spend your whole wedding day in the luxury and elegance of the Waldorf Hilton. With the capacity to hold 360 people for a sit-down meal and 500 guests for an evening reception, it is an ideal venue for a large Asian wedding reception and the perfect choice for our Muslim clients celebrations.

When it came to choosing a unique wedding cake, clients Junaid & Rabia reached out wanting something different and we gave them exactly that. Having appointed the young, fresh London based wedding decor company by the name of “Enchanted by Syma” they wanted a bespoke wedding cake fitting to the “Lady Of Elegance” decorative collection. The wedding decor featured stunning ribbon based centre pieces as well as oversized statement pieces adorned with hanging ribbons which really made an impact and had that wow factor the client was looking for.

With our bespoke service in mind we incorporated a matching colour scheme to the Halal wedding cake which featured the exact same ribbons as the wedding decor to really tie in with the theme and colour scheme. Leading Asian wedding suppliers included stunning and unique wedding decor by Enchanted By Syma. wedding catering by Sapna Caterers, who have built an impeccable reputation as one of the leading event organisers and caterers in London, they have an enviable reputation for imaginatively presented and deliciously tasting, Authentic food.

Music and entertainment was provided by Asian wedding DJ’S Calibar, The brand’s been a byword for excellence in the Asian Events industry for nearly 30 years. Always exciting, innovative and bespoke, no two occasions produced by Calibar are ever the same. They are one of the market leaders in the field of event hosting and entertainment – not to mention a reputation as one of the most professional and popular Asian wedding DJ company around.
