London based Luxury wedding cake designers Sweet Hollywood were commissioned to create this Grand statement wedding cake for our client Sonia Kandola’s glamorous Sikh wedding reception @ Hilton Park Lane – London. With our bespoke service in mind we like to capture the romance of the event and follow through with the perfect wedding cake to compliment the reception however big or small. During our consultation we met with the bride to be Sonia Kandola and Rupa Mahli from Excellency Event Services who had been admiring some of our work from a far. With the above in mind we wanted to create a focal point for the wedding and our client really did want a stunning bespoke wedding cake that would bring the room to life. Our stunning edible work or art and presentation was inspired by one of the greatest love stories of all time – Romeo and Juliet, the ultimate lovers tale. To finish off the presentation the cake was surrounded by a bed of candles, which added to the dramatic setting for this love story inspired luxury wedding cake. With the clients dietary requirements in mind we created an eggless wedding cake sometimes referred to as an Asian wedding cake or egg free wedding cake.
